• Joint Registrar: Degree in Law with analogous post experience or minimum regular service in required pay level.
• Deputy Registrar: Law Degree with experience in analogous posts under Govt./High Courts.
• Principal Private Secretary: Officers holding analogous posts or required service as Private Secretary.
• Deputy Controller of Accounts: Officers from organized accounting services with prescribed service experience.
• Section Officer / Court Officer: Graduation with required service experience; Law Degree desirable.
• Private Secretary: Stenographers holding analogous posts or required regular service.
• Accounts Officer: Accounts/Audit officers with relevant departmental experience.
• Assistant Library and Information Officer: Degree in Library Science with professional experience.
• Junior Accounts Officer: Officials with accounting experience or ISTM Cash & Accounts training.
• Caretaker: Graduation with required service experience in Central Government.
• Senior Accountant: Senior Accountant/Auditor with relevant experience.
• Junior Accountant: Junior Accountant or UDC with Cash & Accounts training.
