This is a TWO-YEAR TRAINING PROGRAMME, and candidates who successfully complete the training may be considered for CONTRACT-BASED APPOINTMENT thereafter.

Eligibility

Candidates must have passed VIII Standard (8th Class).
Graduates, Diploma holders, or candidates with higher qualifications are not eligible.
Candidates must fulfil all eligibility conditions before applying online.

Stipend & Salary Details

First Year Training Stipend: ₹11,000/- per month
Second Year Training Stipend: ₹12,000/- per month
After successful training, candidates may be considered for contract appointment at CSL discretion.
Contract Pay (First Year): ₹22,100/- + ₹5,530/- extra work compensation
Contract Pay (Second Year): ₹22,800/- + ₹5,700/- extra work compensation
Contract Pay (Third Year): ₹23,400/- + ₹5,850/- extra work compensation
