Candidates must have passed Intermediate (12th) from a recognized board or university. They should also possess a certificate in English Shorthand and English Typing along with a Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application of at least six months from a recognized institution. In addition, candidates must have a minimum speed of 80 words per minute in English Shorthand and 40 words per minute in English Typing.
